Our Home Saver allows deposits from £100 to £500 per month. Two withdrawals per year are permitted without penalty. You can close your account at any time within the 5 year fixed term period and this will not count as one of your two withdrawals.

Accounts can be held in joint names but only one account per member is permitted. If the mortgage application is in joint names and both borrowers hold a Home Saver Account, only one cashback will be paid. The cashback will be paid within one month of the mortgage completion date. The cashback will be paid to the first named mortgage applicant.
Yes, our Home Saver Account is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the UK's deposit guarantee scheme. Chorley Building Society is a member of the FSCS, this means eligible deposits with Chorley Building Society are protected up to a total of £85,000.
